Ben McGloin

DIRECTOR

Ben is a highly motivated civil engineer with over ten years of experience on a range of major projects. He has held senior positions as Operations Manager and Project Manager for a number of projects and has a sound grasp on the operational management of a business. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is able to confidently build, lead, develop and motivate a team, develop and implement long-term strategies and objectives, apply best practice corporate governance and manage the risk appetite of a business.

Ben excels at critical thinking and problem solving which has led him into alternative dispute resolution where he practises as both a registered Adjudicator and Mediator.

Chris Taylor

PROJECT DIRECTOR

With over 22 years of experience on major civil engineering projects in Australia and the UK, Chris has the proven ability to deliver quality outcomes on complex infrastructure projects. He has over 13 years of experience in the overall management of roadworks and structures on major motorway upgrade projects, including Albion Park Rail bypass, Foxground and Berry Bypass (Princes Highway), Tintenbar to Ewingsdale and Buladelah Bypass (Pacific Highway). Throughout these projects, he demonstrated understanding and the ability to deliver works according to TfNSW specifications and standards, on time and budget whilst prioritising stakeholder satisfaction throughout the delivery of all his projects.

Chris complements his technical knowledge and experience with an outstanding work ethic, ability to lead and motivate teams, and proven project management skills and collaborative approach.

As a Project Director, Chris is instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and to the highest quality, safety and environmental management standards to the satisfaction of a range of private and public sector clients.

Luke Pyke

SENIOR ADVISOR

Luke has a wide variety of experience in civil construction engineering from urban to major infrastructure projects.

Luke has a keen eye for detail and prides himself on the value-add engineering to support the financial health of a company based on the success of its projects.

From administration to site-based efficiencies Luke can add valuable insights that can improve the performance of a team and its long term outputs.

Ben Beddie

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Ben is a civil engineer who possesses great attention to detail, processes and efficiencies. Ben has extensive experience in main roads, having worked in the industry since 2009. He has completed a number of large scale infrastructure projects totalling approximately $7 billion including Sapphire to Woolgoolga, Tintenbar to Ewingsdale (T2E), Woolgoolga to Ballina (W2B) and Berry to Bomaderry (B2B).

Having worked in the main roads space for over ten years, Ben has an excellent grasp of industry best practice for construction, systems and processes. Ben is able to provide advice with regard to construction efficiencies as well as undertake third party tender reviews in particular for Transport for NSW projects.
